Therapeutic Massage (60 or 90 Minutes)
This offering is a therapeutic massage customized to your needs at my private studio in La Mesa, CA. I am trained in Traditional, Pre and Post-natal, Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Massage and we may employ any variation of these modalities in session. After assessing your needs, we will create a healing session and long-term protocol suited best for your body.
Grief-Informed Bodywork (90 or 120 Minutes)
This offering begins with 30 minutes of conversation, grief support and meditative practice to connect the body and mind. After connecting with your grief & sharing from your heart, you will receive a 60-90 minute massage to assist your body in moving through chronic heaviness, trauma, stuck emotions and physical pain. This is a space where we make space for and allow things to process through. It is normal & welcome to shed tears & release sound/somatic tension in the body.
